Friends of Slaithwaite Station

The nascent FOSS group which is being co-ordinated by Nikki Milns of the Community Rail Partnership is having an expedition to Stalybridge on Thursday November 26th.

“Hi all

Please could you let me know if you are able to join us for the trip to Stalybridge as I will need to
request the group ticket by the end of this week. We will meet at Slaithwaite station for the 1837 to
Stalybridge. Returns are 1942, 2042 and 2142.

Also, a number of you were intersted in more details about the PLP Special train to Skipton on the
6th December. Please find the latest information attached.

IOU…the minutes. I apologise, they will be with you by the end of this week – honest (along with
some other information I need to get out to you all).
